Little Flowers - Minibook

Any item that arrives damaged will be refunded or replaced. Please send a photograph of the damage through the website contact page and a replacement will be sorted out for you. If for any other reason you are not happy with the item, you will be refunded in full, upon return of the item.

UK shipping is done by 1st Class Royal Mail or the Royal Mail Tracked service - please choose your preferred option at checkout. 

International shipping is done by Royal Mail's standard international service or Royal Mail International Tracked.

I aim to make and send out your order within maximum 30 days. After that, please allow another 3-5 working days for delivery if you are in the United Kingdom or 10 days if you are elsewhere. If your order is urgent or you want it by a specific date, please let me know. If you have special delivery requirements, please email me for a quote.

If you have not received your item in reasonable time, please contact me. Lost items will be replaced after one month of sending.
