Any item that arrives damaged will be refunded or replaced. Please send a photograph of the damage through the website contact page and a replacement will be sorted out for you, provided that copies of this edition are still available. If, for any other reason, you are not happy with the item, you will be refunded in full, upon return of the item.

UK shipping is done by 1st Class Royal Mail for small items and Royal Mail's parcel service for larger items. 

International shipping is done by Royal Mail's international service.

Items are usually sent out within 5 working days. Please allow a total of 6-8 days for delivery if you are in the United Kingdom or 10-14 days if you are elsewhere. If your order is urgent or you want it by a specific date, please let me know. If you have special delivery requirements, please email me for a quote.

If you have not received your item in reasonable time, please contact me. Lost items will be replaced after one month of sending.

Single mount: your item will be delivered inside a mountboard of conservation quality, of a colour matching the artwork, and backed with a supporting board.

 

Double mount: your item will be delivered inside a double mount, where the bevelled inner edge of the top mount is off-set slightly from that of the bottom mount, resulting in an attractive double line. The artwork will also be backed with a supporting board.

 

Conservation quality mountboard will not only help to maintain the condition of the artwork, but will offer a superior level of presentation that will endure for many years after a standard grade mount will have gone brown with age.

 

Please note: the mount board for this item is only made on demand. Please allow an extra 5 working days for it to be prepared. For international orders, selecting a mount will increase the overall size of your package and the postage cost.
